Aces High Collectables Limited aims to offer its customers the most competitively priced shipping rates that we can achieve.

Our standard service up to and including 2kg is currently provided by Royal Mail and Parcel Force, packages between 2 and 28kg will be sent for a flat rate of £7.75 by DHL (Subject to bulk restrictions). DHL can be selected for small packages also if preferred. If a customer wishes to come and collect their purchases or would like us to hold their models until several items have come into stock, select the collect option and give us a call on 01780 756052 to advise us what you would like to do..

International customers ordering several items are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order to enable us to review the shipping rates as in some circumstances we may be able to offer a lower rate, depending on size and weight of consignment. With orders that have already been placed, if we find we are able to use a cheaper service than that charged for, we will refund the difference back to your card.

Aces High Collectables constantly reviews the shipping options available to us and will without notice change the standard shipper if we can offer our customers an improved level of service or reduced cost.

Any shipment via Royal Mail or Parcel Force is automatically covered for loss or damage up to a value of £32.00 per shipment but where the value exceeds this level we would recommend customers consider additional insurance.

Additional insurance is available at the following rates for 2008/2009:

• Consignment value up to £100.00 £1.00 premium
• Consignment value up to £250.00 £2.25 premium

This additional insurance can be purchased via your shopping basket.
