The term 'Pre Ordering'applies to a product that has been advertised for release by a manufacturer at a point in the near future .

Any release date is based upon the best information available from the manufacturer and Aces High Collectables can not be held responsible for late delivery or cancellation of a product.

Aces High Collectables offer customer the opportunity to place an advance order to ensure they receive the product they require at a guaranteed price and delivery, this requires us to take a commercial risk in ordering sufficient stock in advance of any orders being received,we therefore request a £5.00 non refundable deposit to reduce hoax orders and time wasters .

In the event that a product is cancelled Aces High Collectables will refund any deposits taken against that product

Deposits are taken against specific products and are non transferable .In the event that a customer decides to cancel the order the deposit will be forfeitted.
